All bedrooms are custom-built and finished with the finest touches. With your own private two-lane bowling alley, you won’t even want to leave home. Other games include air hockey table, basketball hoops, pac ball, neo ball, epic arcade games, etc. The living room features 4K 200inch projector TV screen. The America-themed rooms take you on a journey to marvel at places like Las Vegas, Washington DC, and much much more. The Washington D.C Las Vegas, and New York rooms are on the first floor. The house has 12 king beds and 2 kids’ rooms with full-over-full bunks x 2 per kid room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. There is a full-laundry room on each floor. There is plenty of open space for group gatherings (living room), with a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs for the group to enjoy quality meals together. The Kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef.
The Neighborhood:
This vacation villa is located in the charming Solterra Resort, just 15 mins from the Orlando-themed parks, including Disney World, and the luscious golf courses of Reunion and Champions Gate. Additionally, guests have FREE ACCESS to the 5,600 square foot clubhouse inside the Solterra resort community, featuring a fitness center, a resort-style pool with a water slide, a lazy river, pool side cabanas, food and beverage services, tennis courts, and so many more fun activities for the young and the young-at-heart! There is a Target supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Multiple restaurants, banks and other services approximately 3 miles from the home. No smoking of any kind allowed in the home.
