Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was decent, just north of the town. Everything in Breck was within a 10 min drive. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It had lots of appliances and kitchen equipment. The master bedroom was especially nice, which featured a giant bathroom with jetted tub, steam shower, and fireplace. There were two large living areas, each with a large TV and fireplace. I especially liked the third-level game room, which slept 6 people without any bunk beds.

Negative: The management company was unresponsive and unhelpful. I had trouble signing into their house info portal before the trip, and I emailed twice asking for help and was ignored. I also tried texting them for the door code while driving, as I was unable to pull over and check their portal, and they told me to check the portal. I told them I couldn't, and they didn't respond. A person in my party also called the office asking for the door code, and they wouldn't give it to her (despite it being past the check-in time). The management company did not reach out at any point during our trip to check in, which is common among other management companies for houses at this price point. Although the house was amazing, I would not rent with this company again. Also note that the free shuttle only allows for 4 trips per day, which is not disclosed before booking.
