Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.
