The villa was completely renovated and refurnished after Hurricane Ian. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for up to six people to enjoy an unforgettable vacation under the Florida sun. The appealing furnishings and decorative accents are kept in bright colors, which gives the whole a cheerful, inviting impression. You immediately feel welcome here.
The kitchen with granite countertops is kept in a trendy gray, with stainless steel electrical appliances in a modern design (fridge-freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Farmhouse Stainless Steel sink, etc.) Here it is fun to prepare breakfast or lunch or even a delicious dinner.
The open-plan living/dining area opens onto the terrace through sliding glass doors.

The large pool area overlooks the canal and includes a covered terrace with several seating areas and plenty of sunbathing space where you can make yourself comfortable on the numerous sun loungers. A gas barbecue is available for a snack between meals or a cozy barbecue evening with a hamburger or steak.
The beautifully designed pool can be heated electrically, which means that it can also be used on the (rare) cooler days. The entire house is surrounded by flowering shrubs and tropical plants, giving you the feeling of having arrived in a little piece of paradise - your Little Paradise. Enjoy!
