Summary: The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. The property was away from Ao Nang Beach but offered a free shuttle there where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a private pool villa. The pool was great. The layout of the bedrooms was a bit awkward with one bedroom being separated from the rest of the villa - it was one villa but the bedroom could only be accessed from the outside. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
