The standard security deposit for our rental is $500 for any last minute reservations. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500.
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
Note: There's a small fee to have the pool heated. Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
