Beautiful ground floor three bedroom condominium (180sq meters accommodation, 52sq meters terraces), fitted out as a second home and furnished to a very high standard. The Pearl of Naithon is a magnificent gated condominium development, tucked away in a beautiful forested valley, lying directly adjacent to the magical, unspoiled Nai Thon beach. With numerous local restaurants serving delicious thai food, and sand so clean that it squeaks when you walk on it, this amazing little beach is located only 15 minutes from Phuket international airport and 20 minutes from several world class golf courses.

The apartment is on the ground floor so it is quite easily accessible (a few minor steps on a way to the apartment). No special modifications for disabled people have been made apart from a fold-up seat in one of the showers.

There is a large terrace with a BBQ, ceiling fan, an outdoor sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table. It can be accessed through the lounge window doors, from the pathway to the apartment and it joins the terrace outside the master bedroom with a sun lounger. There is a shared smaller terrace outside bedrooms 2 and 3.
The shared swimming pool is quite large. It has two shallow entry areas, paddling shelf and a jacuzzi corner.
Around the property, there are beautifuly maintained tropical gardens.
