This 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 people and is strictly new. It is located on the first line beachfront scrubbers, modern area on the coast of Vila Nova de Gaia. Ideal for holidays or short stay and also a great place to live.
It has a large living room and kitchen, with 30 square meters of balconies facing the sea and surrounding the whole apartment, where you can relax, sunbathe and admire the beautiful sunsets. The room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a home cinema system ,, cable TV with over 100 channels and free internet access wireless 100 Mb / s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances, equipment and utensils needed. It also has a laundry room.
All rooms of the apartment have state of the art air conditioning system and the balconies are pavimentsdas with IP deck.

Whether you want to relax or explore, it’s the perfect base.Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and communicative throughout our stay, which made everything so easy and enjoyable.
