Spectacular sweeping views to the sea, the Monchique Mountains and Lagos. Very spacious open plan living/dining area with award winning wrap around windows which frame the view magnificently. Lounge area has 46' LCD TV & DVD system . Dining room seating for up to 8 people and 2 three seater leather sofa's and reclining chair.
Three of the 4 bedrooms have electric shutters and internal black out blinds-perfect for getting the kids to sleep or an afternoon nap! The fourth bedroom has a view to a hidden garden. Master bedroom a 36 inch TV and king sized luxury bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, double fridge, microwave, integrated coffee maker, induction hob and fan oven.
Patio doors lead to a very private & sheltered patio, perfect for outdoor eating, further steps lead down to barbecue the large wooden decking area, great for sunbathing. Shallow lower pool-perfect for the very young ones to splash around in!
The Villa is perfect for outdoor dining, there is a built in BBQ area and a wonderful eating area on the upper patio which is sheltered from the prevailing wind. It is also very private.
Breakfast in the morning sun and evening barbecues under warm skies on the patio are fantastic.
The lower pool which is about 40 cm in depth is great for the young ones to splash around or even start the process of learning to swim. There is also a swing set for them.
The pool is equipped with a solar pool cover. It is easy to roll out and wind up. We strongly recommend that it is used a night time.
During the hotter months a car is definitely required, but during the cooler months from November to March
it is easy to walk almost everywhere should you so choose. The centre of Lagos is about 25 minutes away on foot.
For the children, the Lagos Science Museum which is relatively unknown is great for the under 10's.
The municipal swimming pool complex is also well worth a visit.
Walking is great and the cliff top walk from Porto de Mos (starting down the road) to Praia Da Luz or onto Burgau is fantastic. Not recommended though during the hotter months!
The largest shopping malls are Aqua in Portimao and is Algarve Shoping in Guia but Lagos has a wide range of boutique shops and many great restaurants.
The Italian up from the main square in Lagos is a favorite of ours and Chico's on the N125 next to the pottery is very popular with the locals but for lunches only. Adega Da Marina opposite the marina for value for money food. Always busy and great for the kids.
Alvor for sardines and fish on the water front is also a nice place to eat.
