Integrated in the beautiful Quinta dos Capinhas and close to the best beaches in the Algarve, Casa da Pinga is perfectly located for a peaceful stay close to the region's highlights.
The villa has capacity for 8 pax and has been recently rebuilt and decorated. It was designed to be our dear home and we are honored to share it with you!
It is located 5 minutes from Nossa Senhora da Rocha beach and 20 minutes from Albufeira.
It is easily accessible and you can enjoy the region at any time.
Casa da Pinga has 2 suites and 2 bedrooms (3 overlooking the pool and direct access to it) with capacity for 8 guests to sleep comfortably in high quality beds with hotel quality sheets.
It includes a large living room with a 45-inch television where you can watch your Netflix series and Youtube videos, a card game table and a large sofa to enjoy your time indoors as well as your time outdoors.
The living room also has a very safe and easy-to-use fireplace in case you decide to stay in the villa during the winter and want to enjoy a glass of wine in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.
Next door you'll find an office which is handy if you need to get some quick work done at a comfortable desk and chair.
Throughout the house you will find a high speed wireless internet connection.
The house is energetically self-sustaining with solar panels for energy production and hot water.
The laundry area is fully equipped and ready for use.
The villa features a lovely fully equipped outdoor dining area with a barbecue for summer grilling, as well as being right next to the fully equipped kitchen. This area is perfect for great moments with family or friends in the safety and exclusivity of your private home.
There is a private pool fully equipped with pool chairs and a shaded area so you can lie back and relax in the sun effortlessly. The pool uses a salt cleaning system and is not harmful to your skin, making it perfect for all ages.
It is surrounded by 500 square meters of manicured lawn, ready to serve as a playground for children, play with your pets, or any other activity you like to do outdoors. We also provide pool heating from April to October (free of charge).
This villa is dog friendly and you can bring your pet on your holiday.
