OUTSIDE
Newly furnished outdoor furniture surrounds the pool and spa. Abundant furniture can be rearranged like sectionals into multiple couches, chairs with ottomans, or day beds. If you like, sleep outside on the day bed you created.
100' of deep water frontage is able to accommodate up to an 80' boat. Docking isn't part of the standard rental and can't be guaranteed without prior approval. A separate fee applies which includes fresh water and electricity. Inquire about docking prior to making your reservation.

POOL AREA
Heated pool with side hot tub spa. Lounge Chairs, Dinner Table to seat 12 people with additional chairs and seating areas.
PARKING
There is parking for 2 vehicles in the attached garage. There is also overnight parking for 5-6 cars in the driveway.
There is ample room for 10+ visitors to park vehicles on the street during the day, however, there is no overnight parking on the street. Vehicles parked on the street overnight will be towed.
CHECK IN/OUT
If you would like early check-in or late check-out please inquire for availability. We gladly will store your luggage for the day prior to check-in or after check-out while you enjoy Fort Lauderdale.
THE LOCATION
Prime Las Olas Isles neighborhood. Short 9 minute walk to Las Olas restaurants and shops. Only 25 minute walk to the ocean. Or, for a small fee ($3-$5 is typical) hop on one of the frequent trolleys or golf carts running up and back down Las Olas Blvd until late into the night.
ENTERTAINMENT
At the home, fun home for adults and kids with fantastic outdoor living spaces. Dock your boat or jet ski. Fish off the 100' dock. Enjoy the pool with spa.
