IMPORTANT:
- QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. NO party or events are allowed. No smoking allowed.
- POOL RULES: We have private pool and spa. The pool can be heated but with a heating fee. The heating is $35/day, 3 days minimum with 48 hours notice. If you would like the pool/spa heated for your stay, Please advise us on your arrival detail at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your arrival It would be appreciated. Guest use pool at their own risk.
-SUPPLIES: The home is self-catered, although we do supply complimentary welcome items (dish soap, cloth, dishwasher tab, trash bag, coffee/tea pack, a toilet roll and soap bar per bathroom) for an easy arrival.
- BBQ Grill We have a 3 Burner Liquid Propane Gas Grill for guest to enjoy the outdoor cooking. The BBQ grill is free to use, all you need is to refill the propane tank if run low. And, Please brush the grill after the each use, make sure there is no food left on the grill when you check out, and make sure to turn off the knob after down using. ( penalty may apply for filthy grill).
- PARKING RULE: Please use the driveway to park your car. NO parking on the street, No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk / mailboxes at any time. Our long driveway can park 2~3 cars. - PET RULES: Small pets under 20 lbs are ok, dogs and cats only, two pets maximum, we charge pet fee $10/night/pet, extra pet deep clean $100 per stay. If our booking platform didn't charge automatically, we will request the charge separately.
- Resort HOA RULES: The home is within a HOA managed resort style community. Any violation fines will be the responsibility of the guests which includes the excessive Noise after 10pm, Violation on Parking, exposed trash, etc.
- MAILBOX RULE: We don't have onsite mailbox for the guests. If you need, please use outside mail service like USPS mailbox, or you may check with Anytimemailbox service.
- Middle Term Stay: For Monthly+ stay. We require a refundable security deposit at $1000. All utilities are included but with a CAP on Electricity allowance at $200/month.
