Our holiday home is the ideal starting point for a relaxing and active holiday on the Portuguese island of Madeira in the Atlantic. Enjoy your stay individually, away from the mass tourism, completely relaxed in our house. Completed in the summer of 2011 under German construction management and participation of a German craft company house is located in the district of Calheta. Here you have a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains, the sea and the sunset.
The house has a very generous terrace area and a total of 120 square meters of living space. It has been built at ground level and has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 bedroom with bunk beds). Living room, dining room, bedrooms 1 and 2 have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with access to the terrace.
Bedroom 1, kitchen / living, dining room have sea views.
Bedroom 2 has an additional TV.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster.
The living room has a cozy sitting area with satellite TV (with international channels) music system with radio and CD player.
A sufficient and fast internet connection is of course available.
The house has a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, adjustable washbasin and disabled WC / toilet. Outside the house, a washing machine and a clothes dryer are available in a utility room. There is also a guest toilet available.
The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and has a nice barbecue area as well as a cozy seating area and sunbeds.
