Villa Copacabana
Villa Copacabana is a modern and spacious 4 bedroom villa, affording a prime location in Armação de Pêra with breathtaking sea views and located only 400m from the best golden sandy beaches. With all the features you’ll require for a fabulous family holiday including a large private heatable swimming pool, 2 XL jacuzzis (optional extras) and a games room, this spectacular property will be the perfect fit for you.
On the first floor of this beautiful villa are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom and separate bathroom, as well as access to the balcony that runs along the villa overlooking the swimming pool. From one of the double bedrooms, you can also access the balcony with spiral staircase that leads up to the stunning roof terrace.
The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor with an adjacent bathroom. Across the hall is the games room with a snooker table, table football and games machine, and comfortable sofas with a sofa-bed for the +2 people (additional fee). The games room also houses the laundry nook with washing machine.
The living / dining areas are on the ground floor of the property with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD and a large dining table and chairs. Just off from the dining room is the open space kitchen with modern fittings and all the appliances and equipment necessary for home cooking. Large sliding doors with electric shutters allow access to the beautiful outdoor area at the back of the property with a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), jacuzzi (optional extra) and sun loungers to sunbathe in between dips in the pool. The dining area and portable BBQ allow for grilling and enjoying meals al fresco.
The fabulous rooftop terrace includes comfortable outdoor seating, tables and a brick BBQ and invites you to relax with family and friends at sunset in the rooftop jacuzzi (optional extra) while taking in the spectacular sea and town views.
At villa Copacabana you have free Wi-fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms. The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance area and an automatic gate leading to the parking facilities.
The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pera are only an 8-minute walk down the road. Car hire is not necessary, just if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided in the garage.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
