THE VILLA
Villa Azure Cerulean is a walled 4BR villa with three kings, one queen, a triangle saltwater pool, and a private courtyard. Sleeps eight.
On a per-room-per-night basis, nothing in Pattaya at this size is built or equipped to this standard. Imported custom furniture in the living and dining areas, full-height sliding glass that opens the living room onto the pool deck, and the kind of finish work most rentals don't bother with. Built in 2024 from the ground up.
THE POOL
A triangle saltwater pool sized for the whole group — bigger than it looks in photos, with remote-controlled lighting and jacuzzi jets. Saltwater feels different from chlorine — by day three, your group will notice. Pool floats, games, and towels are stocked. The cleaning team services the pool twice weekly. Morning swim before the heat sets in is the move.

THE KITCHEN
Fully outfitted — stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, full cookware and dishware. Place settings for eight. We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. For groceries: Tops supermarket is a 15-minute walk, and convenience store delivery (7-Eleven, Family Mart) arrives in as little as 15 minutes.
For a hands-off meal, we can arrange a private chef on-site — message us at booking with your group's preferences and how many meals you'd like. Available at additional cost, billed separately.
THE COURTYARD
Palm trees, hibiscus, and your own walled outdoor space wrapping the pool. Pool floats deployed and ready. Yoga mats and resistance bands available. On-call Thai massage — message at booking and we'll arrange a masseuse on-site for the day you want. At additional cost, billed separately.
PATTAYA, FROM YOUR GATE
We're in Jomtien, the quieter southern district. Walking Street is 3 km north — about 5 minutes by Grab. Jomtien Beach is the same distance south. Sanctuary of Truth and Pattaya Floating Market are 15-20 minutes. Suvarnabhumi (BKK) is 90-120 minutes by car.
We work with a regular driver — professional, on time. Send your flight details at booking and we'll arrange your airport transfer. Day trips, errands, or a dedicated driver for the duration of your stay are all options too. All driver services are at additional cost, billed separately.
This is not the right villa for you if you want to walk to the beach. It is the right villa if you want a private 4BR where your group can sleep, swim, and eat without bothering anyone.
WHAT WE'VE INTENTIONALLY LEFT OUT
• No daily housekeeping. Pool service comes twice a week; otherwise the place is yours.
• No on-site staff during your stay. We're a message away whenever you need us.
• No beachfront. We're three kilometers inland — that's the trade for privacy and quiet.
• No pre-stocked groceries or bottled water. Convenience stores deliver fast; Tops is a 15-minute walk.
This is an Airbnb, not a hotel — and that's the point. You get the entire villa to yourselves.
HOUSE RULES (THE SHORT VERSION)
Quiet hours after 10 PM — neighbors live next door, and we rarely get noise complaints. Smoke-free interior; designated smoking on the front patio. Daytime visitors and dinner guests are welcome — most of our groups invite local friends over without issue. Just keep the overnight headcount matching the booking, respect quiet hours, and stay within Thai law. No parties or events; this is a residential property. Pets welcome with prior approval.

$1,000 refundable security deposit (credit card hold, never charged unless something goes wrong). Renter agreement signed at booking.

Lunar New Year, Songkran (mid-April), and most long weekends fill 60 to 90 days ahead. Save this listing now if your trip is more than a few weeks out — it's the easiest way to track availability while your group locks dates. Message us early for milestones.
YOUR HOSTING TEAM
Henry hosts with a local team in Pattaya: Fern, Ren, and Albert. We typically respond within an hour, often within minutes, 24/7. Self check-in via keypad; codes sent 24 hours before arrival. Anything you need, message us — the answer is usually yes.
LARGER GROUP?
Cerulean connects to a separate 5BR villa, Villa Azure Indigo, behind the same outer wall. When you book Cerulean alone, the gate between the two wings stays closed and locked — you have your own pool, courtyard, and entrance, and Indigo may have separate guests during your stay. If your group is 11 to 18 and you'd rather have the entire compound to yourselves, ask us about booking both wings together as Villa Azure 9BR — sleeps 18, two saltwater pools, two kitchens, with a dedicated KTV lounge on the Indigo side.
