This is a cozy little one-bedroom queen suite and 1 bath unit with a big feel that offers a spacious atmosphere with premium amenities, screened in lanai, gas grill, fire pit and more! This is a It is perfect for unwinding and being close to all that our Gulf Coast area has to offer. What we love about the area is that it has a real laid back, beach feel.
This adorable and unique property is perfect for couples or families that are looking for a little family time without being on top of one another! This retreat has three additional one-bedroom units that have also been recently renovated and updated. This property is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings and many other functions. We have 4 units in total (Lighthouse, Seahorse, Nemo and Heron) to accommodate our guests. One of our one-bedroom units The Lighthouse), connects to the Seahorse to make it a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.
Bedding and linens are very comfortable. There are bikes on the property for riding to the beach. Beach chairs, etc available for use. Less than one mile from a tiki bar/restaurant, ice cream shop and grocery.
We provide beach chairs, beach towels, linens, bath towels, all included. All units are newly updated with all new furnishings and appliances.

Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: **This property is cat/dog friendly. If you will be bringing your cat/dog, please reach out to us. Restrictions apply: There is a Non-Refundable pet fee of $150.00 / per pet. Your pet must be under 25 pounds maximum of 2 cat/dogs allowed. Shot records are required for your pet and must be up to date with vaccinations. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of a Non-Refundable $500 and possible eviction so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Cat/Dog owner accepts full responsibility for your pet. Aggressive breeds are NOT allowed.
No Smoking - IF any signs of smoking in property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Guests may ONLY smoke outside but agrees to pick up before check out.
Supplies– Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets/liquid, 4 trash bags, small box of Kleenex, 3 oz. bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bath Scrubby/loofa, bath & body soap. for stays longer than 4 nights we provide small bottles of laundry detergent, bleach & dryer sheets. Spa Robes & slippers, face mask & sleep mask (for those who like it a bit darker when they sleep) are provided for your use during your stay and a small toiletry bag with toothbrushes, razors, mouthwash & had sanitizer is your gift to keep. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
