Positive: The location was good and the room was very clean.

Negative: The mattress was very uncomfortable with hard springs- I’m used to hard thai mattresses but this was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor, with just an imitation western style ‘hot dogs with eggs’ and no thai options.
