Summary: Front desk receptionist did not know how to respond some questions I ask. They need to be trained like how to resolve or answering even when the manager is not in the hotel that moment. Or have like a book or folder like a manual instruction with questions and answers that the manager have experienced with customers so the Front desk can provide better customer service.
