We personally stay in and care for our properties, so we know their condition. All of our homes are well maintained, newly renovated corner units located in high-demand areas, including this condo in Holiday Isle, Destin, Florida.

QUIET, LOW-DENSITY RESORT
This resort has only 42 units total. Because of this, it is quiet, relaxed, and low key, yet conveniently located just minutes from Destin’s top attractions. Nearby activities include Big Kahuna’s, Crab Island, boat cruises, rentals, the Destin Fishing Museum, snorkeling, Harbor Boardwalk, The Track, Henderson Beach State Park, marine adventure parks, dolphin cruises, Gator Beach, Destin Commons, outlet shopping, sandcastle lessons, golf garden course, pirate cruises, helicopter tours, zip lines on the boardwalk, and world-famous fishing charters. SLEEPING & LAYOUT
The condo includes a brand-new king bed, brand-new full beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. It can comfortably sleep 6–9 guests, depending on adults and children. Step outside and enjoy the ocean breeze, or walk just a few steps to the beach and pool. This condo offers the feel of a beach house stay without the high cost of renting one.
