Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 has a King bed with a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with a double bunk bed and a single bunk bed along with an entrance to the bathroom that is shared with the house hallway. There is a sleeper sofa in the main living area. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and has a king bed, a game room, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette. Note - the fourth bedroom and game room area are only accessible by going outside and downstairs.
The game room is stocked with a foosball table, a cabinet arcade with 1700+ games, board games, and card games. There is a covered outdoor kitchen and outdoor eating space. The backyard includes a pool, putting green, frisbee golf hole, volleyball net, and soon to be complete pickleball court.
