Come vacation in this modular space where 6 bedrooms and 3 baths exist in the base house for the posted base rate, or you can add the pool house which adds 2 more bedrooms and 1 bath for add-on purchase for extra space if needed. THE EXTRA SPACE IN THE POOL HOUSE IS BILLED SEPARATELY @ $275 PER NIGHT AND ON TOP OF THE BASE RATE. It can be added after you reserve easily, just let me know.
A private pool is in the back courtyard for your enjoyment and is a welcomed retreat from the Summer sun and a 400 square foot back deck is perfect for lounging as the sun sets! Located on the 200 block of the beach makes this property walking distance to restaurants and shopping as well as 2 minute walk to the sands of the gulf! Public beach access runs right beside the property for easy access to both the Santa Rosa sound as well as the Gulf of Mexico. Two king bedrooms downstairs as well as a studio bunk bedroom (two single bunk bed sets in that space), and a full over full bunk bedroom with kitchen and living room area. Upstairs is a King bedroom and a full over full bunkroom. There are also two pull out sleeper couches that sleeps 4 people. There is a weight restriction on all top bunks of 175 lbs for a single bunk and 225lbs for full top bunks.
The add-on detached pool house is all new for 2023 and contains 400 square feet and sleeps up to 7 people having two bedrooms containing a full sized bed in one and twin-over-twin bunkbeds and a trundle in another. The pool house also has a pull out sleeper sofa, full bathroom, and a mini-kitchen with fridge, microwave, and cook top hotplate and table top convection oven. All kitchen ware and dining ware is provided to make light-cooking meals so no need to bring your own. The cost of the pool house is $275 per night on top of the base rate (effective for reservations made after May 29, 2022).
Linens are also provided for mattress covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets, quilt, pillow cases, and decorative pillow covers. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are also provided. Beach towels are not provided nor are beach chairs or umbrellas. Dining room upstairs accommodates 8 and the bar accommodates 2 more. Downstairs is a dinette/breakfast area that accommodates 4 people and another bar downstairs for 2 more. Wifi provided and Mediacom cable TV and Blue ray player provided. There is a 10X18 foot private kidney shaped pool in the back courtyard with security fence for safe and fun afternoons and evenings. FOR NON-FAMILIES, ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE UNLESS APPROVED BY THE OWNER IN ADVANCE. All approved high risk groups (which includes college groups) will incur an additional $1000 fee. Any college group that I approve must pay with a certified check and if these groups book via instant booking, your money may be returned and reservation cancelled. All events such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, or similar gatherings must be approved in advance and carry an event charge. Special events such as weddings are allowed at owners discretion and $1000 in addition to the quoted rate. The Hot Tub on property is for owner use only and not accessible to tenants.
