Summary: The architecture and antique furnishings of the old Victorian home are gorgeous. The guest bedrooms are all upstairs, our room was comfortable and private. Barbee was a lovely host. She met us when we first arrived, gave us a little tour and made us feel at home. She was thoughtful to ask in advance if we had any dietary restrictions for breakfast. She served us cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon, and a biscuit, all plated on a pretty old china dish. There was also a bowl of fresh cut fruit on the table that you served yourself. The pantry off the dining room had a fridge stocked with sodas, juice, milk and had cereal available. The location is great too. We never moved our car after check in. We walked to all the downtown attractions, farmers market, shows, restaurants, shops and nightlife. It was a perfect stay!
