Our place is close to Cape Panwa, Ao-Yon beach and Khao khad view point. You’ll love our Waterside Condominium place because of Views of sea, sunset, boats from the balcony and cozy relaxing ambient quiet living area. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The unit is fully furnished with a large equipped kitchen.

This is a 272 sqm sized two level condominium unit, with unparalleled sea views from every room. Dinning area, living room, study and bedrooms all have balcony access. Included is wireless Internet access from every room. Every room is also fitted with air-conditioning. Alternatively the balcony large sliding doors can be opened for a refreshing sea breeze. Sliding screen doors keep out the night time mosquitoes.
Included is a high speed internet (OPTIC FIBER) and internet TV package with over hundred international channels. The western kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Centrifugal juicer and high speed bar blender. Linen/towels are provided and changed/cleaned weekly by the maid.
The 3 bedrooms are on the lower level. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with shower) and also has lower level balcony access for a superb sea view. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in each of the smaller bedrooms. There is also a fourth full sized bathroom in the upper level by the study.
There is a ~35-meter shared swimming pool at the beach level, ideal for swimming lengths. The pool uses a salt water system. Children below 12 using the pool must be supervised by responsible adults
Maid Service
A part time very experienced and most helpful Thai maid is available to provide support. She knows the local area very well. The maid can arrange additional cleaning, laundry service and occasional in-house meal cooking service of an authentic Thai cuisine for a very reasonable price.
The neighborhood
This is quiet neighborhood. The condominium complex has direct access to the beach. There are a few restaurants and also a beach bar within walking distance up/down the beach. Within a 5-to-10-minute automobile drive there is a small local market and also a Tesco/Lotus Express outlet.
Getting around
Taxi service can be recommended upon request. Renting a vehicle for long stays is a good idea. There is parking available (one spot/unit).
The complex has a 24-hour security guard service.
Financial
An additional refundable security deposit of 80,000 THB ($2310 USD) refundable after checkout and after payment of damage due to careless use.
