Positive: Very quiet and peaceful and the room was great and really comfortable beds few hundred metres or so to a 7/11 as well which was really convenient and nai harm beach is about a 15 minute walk away.The staff are super friendly and helpful as well I would definitely stay again if I was in the area

Negative: Little bit far from the main beaches in Karon and patong 30-45 minute taxi ride but for anyone staying in the rawai area the location is perfect.
