Summary: You will get what you pay for here. You are looking for a cheap location with a bed and bathroom in your room. Paperthin walls which will make you hear your neighbors thoughts. I would recommend you to bring hearing protection buds to put inside deep inside your ear for a good sleep. The AC in my room worked very well. It is so central in Old Phuket that you will be happy however this place is. I would however be ashamed to bring home a girl. I had some really bad water damaged bathroom during my stay. The water didn't flow the right way, so if I took a shower the whole bathroom floor would be wet and there will be old water under the floor tiles when you step inside the bathroom the day after. Please get me right, I am happy about my stay at this place.
