Positive: Close to the ferry, Chinatown and some great places to eat and get a massage nearby

Negative: Had to walk outside in the heat to use the bathroom. Noisy until around 11pm due to the dinner cruises blasting karaoke.

Summary: Close to ferry. About 15-20 minutes to the MRT.
