Each space is climate-controlled, with discreet motion-sensor lighting in the corridors. The pool is gently heated year-round, maintaining a temperature between 25°C and 30°C.
Outdoors, a curated garden of cypresses and bonsais surrounds a terrace with al fresco dining, sea views and a built-in BBQ, an ideal setting for slow mornings and golden evenings.
The master suite includes a private balcony, a bathtub, a rain shower and a generous dressing area, a refined space where every detail has purpose.

10. Tourist Tax
