- We will be at the accommodation to meet travelers for arrival and departure.
- We are available in case of any problem during your stay.
- No additional charge for additional guests if the maximum capacity of the property is respected.
- Smoking is permitted on the terrace only.
- Arrival and departure times are flexible if possible.

Electricity is not included in the rental price, the traveler will be charged 7 THB per kWH.
During your check-in, we will capture a photograph of the electricity official meter reading, and the same will be done upon check-out. Before your departure, we kindly request that you settle the corresponding electricity bill. On average, the daily cost amounts to approximately 300 Thai baht, which covers regular usage with air conditioning operating in each room during the night. However, should you leave the air conditioning running while the villa is unoccupied, an additional charge of approximately 200 Thai baht may apply. This policy has been implemented to prevent wastage and preserve the natural beauty of our island, while the associated cost remains minimal.

To ensure your comfort, we provide one bath towel and one pool towel per person, along with a complete set of soap, shampoo, and shower gel for each bathroom as welcome. Additionally, a welcome package awaits you in the fridge. Our commitment is to make your arrival and stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

HOUSEHOLD
For a stay of more than 3 nights we offer a free cleaning on day 3 or 4. During this service the linen will not be changed. Towels and sheets are changed on day 7, but if required this can be arranged more frequently at an additional cost. Additional cleaning can also be arranged separately, please contact us to book this.

POOL SERVICE
The pool of the villa has a weekly cleaning. Our pool team have a gate key and will work quietly and quickly to give you as much privacy as possible whilst ensuring the pool is maintained to the best of your ability.

GARDENING and PEST CONTROL
Every 2 weeks our gardener services the garden. Once a month, the pest control team helps us to ensure that the villa remains insect free as much as possible.
