Summary: Room for four but just my buddy and I; we trailered boat from TN and stayed a week. The boat lift on canal was the main thing and it worked as expected. Fish cleaning station, two hoses with good pressure and power source out on the dock. Lots of extras like cooler, bikes, basic tools etc in the shed. Beds were nice and comfy with lots of pillow options. Garbage disposal, dishwasher, stocked kitchen. Very nice retirement like community, nice and quiet. Thanks Kristen for the excellent service all the way through. We hope to be able to visit again!
