Cottages by the Ocean is a small, well-kept property of charming Key West-style studio and one-bedroom cottages. They are in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the walkable beach area. It's less than two blocks to the beach and a short walk to the city's spectacular new oceanfront promenade, new fishing pier, dive boats and dozens of shops and restaurants. This historic complex comprised Pompano's first resort cottages when the rest of the beach area was still pineapple fields. Before the double French door entry is a large, screened-in porch with tropical garden views, white wicker furniture including dining table that seats four and George Foreman electric grill for your exclusive use. Additional after-beach shower at back door. Includes free wi-fi, free parking, no resort fees, flat-screen cable TV, books, family games, linens, iron/board, cleaning tools, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, A/C, heat, one free parking space per unit in off-street parking in front of property.
