DESCRIPTION:
Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at 4000 feet in Pinehurst, California, the gateway to the Sequoias and Kings Canyon!
Rental includes the use of the campground's HOT showers, flushing toilets, fast WiFi, 20amp standard outlet, water hookup, 30amp power supply, picnic table, dump station and 10 acres to explore with a seasonal pond.
We are tucked just outside of the Parks and Forests in a very small and usually quiet rural mountain community. The loggers settled this area in the late 1800s and early 1900s. We have great views of the forest on one side and sunsets and city lights on the other. The only business is the Pinehurst Lodge about 1 minute away. It's a nice lil mountain bar and grill with a small general store, pool table and outdoor dining.
This is one of two big RV sites (roughly 65' x 20' or more) located next to each other, and easily accessible directly from highway 245. The only neighbor is a rental house, separated by a privacy fence.
