The private holiday home with approx. 180m² is located on the island of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand in a small and manageable exotic garden in the quiet area of Bangrak with many coconut and banana palm trees. This means that there are more guests in this resort who have found exactly this peace and away from the hustle and bustle here. I therefore ask you to comply with our house rules. We therefore ask for respect for the neighborhood.
The two-storey house is generously divided and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a roof terrace with a small kitchenette. All rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, sofa bed, seating with outdoor table. A refrigerator, smart TV and air conditioning units are also included.
The generously designed, two-storey house offers maximum comfort and is fully furnished:

The house is in a purely owner-owned complex and is therefore very well maintained. Here you will find a large communal pool.
The resort is close to the airport and the pier. The apartment is no more than 2000 meters from the beach and can be reached on foot. Otherwise, it is possible to explore everything further with a rented scooter/car or bus taxi. Just ask me :-)
