Positive: The location is close to the historic downtown and we were able to bike there.

Negative: Check-in took a long time because the access code was wrong and the host didn't know the correct one. Serious lack of table space. 1 dining table but no coffee table, only 1 small end table next to the couch, and only 1 nightstand in each bedroom. No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Not nearly enough hooks in the house, especially considering it is near the beach, so you know people will have towels and bathing suits to hang up. No convenient place to plug in cell phones near the bed. I had to put mine on the floor! Outdoor lighting is almost all burned out, so it's too dark to hang out there. No hand towels or kitchen towels. Tiny 2-cup coffee maker, considering up to 4 adults could be staying in this place. The building is on a busy street with a crosswalk that beeps all day and night. Couch is an uncomfortable futon. Vacuum provided doesn't work, which must be the same one the cleaners used, because the floors were definitely not clean.

Summary: None of the comforts of home, but good location.
