Positive: Beautiful rooms and nice staff.

Negative: Aside from the lovely rooms, this hotel does not offer value for money. The food was average (and it’s a fair way from other restaurants so hard to get other food) and the breakfast was extremely disappointing. Perhaps because it was off season, but one night we waited a long time to even order dinner. The airport pickup was just a taxi off the street, with a surcharge of course. For a five star hotel and a very expensive per night price, the service or luxury vibe just isn’t there. Finally, the checkout process made me feel like we had been suspected of theft or something, we had to wait 10-15 minutes until the check was complete before we were able to leave. Despite having our credit card details on file.

Summary: Room is nice but I’m sure you can find better value elsewhere.
