Property consists of its own swimming pool with a very nice garden, four bedrooms (3 double rooms and 1 twin room) all with en-suite facilities and A/C plus one extra WC with a basin, fully equipped kitchen.
The villa stand in its own secluded grounds almost 2 acres. There is a large private swimming pool, with a safe shallow end for young children. Surrounding the pool is a large paved area, ideal for sunbathing on the padded sun-beds provided. There are terraces around the pool including one with a cobbled terrace equipped with a barbecue. Also the villa is equipped with Solar and Satellite TV and Security System. In the garden there are fruit trees, oranges, lemons and almonds, also grape vines and flowering shrubs. Also a large balcony across the front of the villa offering sea views.
