Located on the Eagle-Vail golf course in Eagle-Vail with beautiful mountain, valley, and golf course views, Nordic ski trails on one side, and hiking and snowshoeing trail right outside the door on the other. Two miles / five minutes to Beaver Creek parking lot and about ten minutes to Vail or just take a 7-10 minute walk (.35 miles) and catch Eagle County's ECO Transit bus to either mountain. Location also offers easy access to groceries, restaurants, liquor stores, and other amenities.
Modern, open, and airy, with vaulted ceilings throughout, this third-floor loft-style 1,500 square foot two bedroom/two bath condo with walnut floors was recently updated, with modern mountain rustic decor and custom designer finishes.
Very well stocked - plenty of quality cookware, dishes, pantry staples, quality kitchen tools and appliances, good kitchen knives, board games, books, quality linens, fluffy towels, comfortable beds - we made the condo everything we would want in a vacation rental.

Massive windows throughout the unit frame stunning views of the Vail Valley and gorgeous sunsets.

There are just three units in this small building at the end of our complex - one unit on each level. Our condo is two flights of stairs up on the top level. The complex's recently built luxury hot tub and sauna for apres ski plus a basic workout room are very convenient, located inside our building.
