St. Pete Beach Waterfront! This three bedroom, two bath pool home with over 2,000SF and an oversized 2-car garage has wonderful water views and is the perfect way to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The backyard is resort-like, with the sparkling pool, tons of privacy, an outdoor pergola and a dock with chairs to enjoy the view. It's close to great restaurants, nightlife and the beautiful sands of St. Pete Beach!

We like to give guests their space. We live only 30 minutes away and are always available via the app if the guest ever needs anything from us.

This home is situated in a delightful neighborhood. It's a quiet street with lots of owners who like to go on morning walks. It's not a main street so there's never any traffic. There's water views from almost every home in the neighborhood and the street leads you directly to the beach.

The beach is a 15 minute (max) walk. There's a convenience store even closer. The home has a 2 car garage and a driveway that is capable of fitting 4 cars easily. The main street (Gulf Blvd) is half mile up the road and has tons of restaurants and shopping.
