The Space:
Villa Miramar Luxe is a stunning contemporary villa overlooking the sea, located in Reserva da Luz, a recent development in Praia da Luz.
The gate opens to a very spacious driveway with access to the garage on the right.
The front door opens to an open space with the dining area and lounge on the right and the kitchen on the left. All areas enjoy breath-taking views over the sea.
On the left hand side there is a cloakroom, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area with seating for 5. There are 2 Kuppersbuch ovens and a microwave, 2 Siemens fridges and a freezer.
The induction hob is also Kuppersbuch, a Nespresso coffee machine and a Smeg kettle and toaster. There is also a Juice maker and a Nespress Capuchino machine.
On the right hand side there is a dining table for 10 and next to it the lounge area with a Samsung smart TV and Sonos sound system. There is MEO TV, Apple TV and satellite TV.
Further to the right there are 2 en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with en- suite shower and a Samsung smart TV, opening to the terrace and pool area with views over the sea.
Bedroom two is a double bedroom with king size bed; with shower en-suite bathroom and bathtub, as well as a closet area. The bedroom opens to the pool area and has views over the sea.
The lounge and kitchen opens to the terrace with outside dining table for 10 plus 2 tall tables with 2 chairs each. There is also a relaxing area with 2 shaded large beds as well as 8 sun loungers.
There is a large heated swimming pool (13mx7m) with electric cover (weekly supplement £450) The villa is built in a slope and there are stairs from the lounge area to the downstairs area.
On the left hand side there is the bedroom three with double bed and en-suite shower opening to the garden with Samsung smart TV. Next to this one there is bedroom four with 2 double beds (150m width) and en-suite shower. There is a Samsung smart TV. The bedroom also opens to the garden.
There is an extra room, with no natural light, with one single bed.
On the right hand side there is the laundry room with Siemens washing machine and dryer.
Outside there is a spacious garden, a water feature with a cascade on the wall of the house. There is also a large trampoline ideal to keep children entertained. Near the garage door, on the shade, there is a tennis table.
