Located a short drive from Quinta do Lago's blue flag beach and just a short drive to a host of restaurants. This holiday rental features a private heatable pool, central air-conditioning, WiFi internet, gym and pool table. The villa is built over three levels. Accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to the spacious living room with large L-shaped sofa, fireplace and plasma TV. Adjacent is the formal dining room with views over the pool and gardens. The kitchen is fully fitted with top of the range stainless steel appliances; a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, AEG electrical oven and Gaggenau fridge/freezer. There is also a breakfast area with plasma TV. On the ground floor of the villa there are two twin bedrooms (beds can be made as doubles) with en-suite bathrooms. On the lower level of the villa there is a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor is the beautiful master bedroom with large double bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There are two further twin bedrooms on this floor with en-suite bathroom. There is also a TV room in the lower level that plays DVDs and a pool table. Outside there is a partially covered terrace with gas barbeque, sink, dishwasher, fridge and dining table that seats 12. The tiered landscaped garden is border by mature shrubs and trees. On the upper level is a football lawn. The garden at the rear of the villa extends up to a higher level, bordered by shrubs and trees and lawn for playing football. The large private pool measures (10 x 8m) and can be heated against an extra charge. The property is south-west facing by the pool area. Rates include maid service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.The villa is located a few minutes walk from Quinta do Lago's tennis academy, Koko lane restaurant and a driving range. Quinta do Lago's shopping plaza with designer boutiques, restaurants and bars is a short drive away. For even more restaurant choices the town of Almancil and the resort of Vale do Lobo are a ten minutes drive away.
