The very spacious open plan living areas all lead out to the pool and gardens. There is a comfortable round seating area around the fireplace, another seating area with 2 sofas and a curved bar area. Up to the left there is a dining area with glass table mounted on a stone pillar.
The well equipped kitchen has a central isle and door leading out to the pool and gardens. Also there is a separate laundry area.
On the lower floor there is a double bedroom with patio doors leading out to a private terrace with seating and also a twin bedroom which both have access to the beautiful Jack and Jill shower room with twin showers, basins etc. There is also a cloakroom and an area with raised dais with telescope and viewing dome on the ground level.
A marvellous sweeping staircase leads up to a seating area overlooking the lower living spaces and also a domed reading area. On this floor there is the master double bedroom with another splendid double shower room.
The exterior of the villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens and has a salt water pool with cascade feature. There are plenty of seating areas to admire the spectacular views.
