This location is 10 minutes from RSW airport, all the shopping you can think of and 20 minutes from the beach. The open kitchen concept overlooks the cozy dining and living space and has counter space enough for dining for four. The spacious living area looks out to the tranquil lanai and almost private area of Cross Creek which has a beautiful and quiet wooded area. Have your morning coffee, enjoy reading or sip some wine after a long day on the lanai. Great for entertaining or just bring out the TV which includes mobile Wi-Fi and watch a movie. Both bedrooms boast substantial closet space, the Master respectfully includes a king bed as the guest bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom is elegantly decorated and has a unique shower waterfall feature. Unit includes full washer and dryer located in the full kitchen. Walk out the front door and enjoy the pool view on the balcony or take the short walk to the pool and have fun with the many residents at Cross Creek. Feeling a little golf? Register at the clubhouse and have fun golfing on the executive course for a small fee. If baseball is your thing, The Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins both have spring training within minutes of Cross Creek. A short 30 minute drive to Naples and you can enjoy the many shops and eateries along fifth avenue. Just a 90 minute drive north will take you to Sarasota for a day trip, visit St. Armand’s Circle for shopping and fun or go to the famous lido beach or Siesta Key beach.
