The villa (built in 1934, targeted for intervention in 2015) located on the Costa da Laurissilva, at Sítio da Terra Chã, with views over the village of São Vicente on Madeira Island (5 minutes walk from the same village ).
It is 30 minutes from Funchal and 45 minutes from Madeira Airport.
The property has a total area of 5050 m2, where agricultural activity is carried out for consumption, with many fruit trees and laurels (laurel).
