Summary: Would have gave it a five star rating if it weren’t for the horrible check in experience we had. We live 12 hours away and arrived late, but check in was after 4 pm. We received a code for the gate and the house, but the door code did not work as promised, so we were stuck with nowhere to go. It was midnight at this point and had nowhere to stay with my two little kids. We were forced to get a hotel for the night. Tried to contact manager about it but never had a follow up. Did not even offer to reimburse for hotel or the night we never used because we couldn’t get in the house. We were able to get in the next day, but they treated it like we didn’t know how to unlock the door. I used to install doors and windows with those same locks for a living, so it’s not like I was clueless. Regardless, the house itself is fine. It’s a very nice location and we still had fun. Just wouldn’t go with this company again.
