Adorable, immaculate 900-sq foot bungalow. Enter the front gate to your own private, beautiful garden w palm trees and native Florida vegetation often attracting butterflies. Additionally, there’s a fabulous back garden with a star fruit tree, fan, lights, and covered patio for entertaining, dining, or just hanging out. Very well stocked kitchen w/ very many spices and herbs.
Walk or bike (bikes included) to downtown Lake Worth, just 6-blocks away. Downtown has lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Gorgeous beach is about 1- mile away, with incredible teal water! Golf club and casual beach restaurant just a few blocks up the street on the Intracoastal.
Central heat/ ac keeps you comfortable. Includes smart tvs, WiFi, and all appliances.
There’s a whole house water filtration unit. No need for bottled water. Plus all shower, faucets etc, are filtered water. Additionally, we’ve installed air purification within the air handler, so all air is purified as well..
Dogs are allowed, but no cats or other pets - must be approved - Please inquire w owner after booking.
I prefer two days between bookings for logistics, cleaning, and Covid safety. If it’s within one day of another booking I will consider your request.
