This beautiful 5 bedroom modern property is located in the sunny hills of Calheta and offers everything you need for a perfect vacation villa in Madeira ? Views of the sea and surrounding countryside, a large and spacious outdoor area, a billiards/games room and a rooftop gym! In addition, it is just a short walk from a good selection of facilities. The large solarium, swimming pool and garden have been renovated and extended from an old farmhouse and now occupy the former agricultural land in front of the villa. On one side of the solarium is the large covered barbecue area (with built-in grill and outdoor dining area). Next to it is the pool shower room and toilet, as well as the billiards and games room (with PlayStation and table games). As you enter the villa, the hallway leads to the stairs to the second floor and the open plan living area. The front living/dining area benefits from great views and opens to the solarium. The modern, contemporary open kitchen with central cooking island and guest toilet on the first floor is located in the older part of the house. Upstairs are four air-conditioned bedrooms, two with double beds and en-suite shower room and shared balcony, and two with twin beds each sharing a family shower room. In the annex, above the billiard room, there is a self-contained 5th bedroom with its own shower room. At the rear there is a large parking area (sufficient for 4 cars). The entire villa is walled and therefore safe for children.
