Arrive at Timberline Haus, pull into the garage and enter the mud room, where a washer and dryer are conveniently located. From here, step into the home and immediately be captivated by the floor-to-ceiling windows framing the reservoir views and the expansive open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The heated concrete floors keep the home warm and modern, and a sliding door leads out to the huge deck, complete with a fire pit and seating for outdoor gatherings and barbecues.

Summary: Simply an amazing place to stay and visit. Nederland itself is such a cool small town with a lot of very friendly people. The views from the property are just stunning. We lucked out with some amazing sunsets and even some distant thunderstorms that were a real treat to watch passing over the mountains. Highly recommend this place and is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed!
