Our newly renovated home has four bedrooms, three full baths. The Master bedroom boasts a comfy king bed overlooking the pool and canal with master bathroom and a master closet that features built-in cedar storage. There are two Queen bedrooms: The Coral bedroom has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and granite sink-top. The Aqua bedroom overlooks the pool and has sliding doors to enjoy direct access to the pool area, this room shares a double sink bathroom with the bunk room. The Kids Room includes: Double bed with twin on top and a twin trundle to sleep up to 6, the photos that show a bunk set up are not accurate - we plan to update the photos, for now please note this new bedding arrangement. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and all include Xfinity Internet and cable access with the exception of the kids bedroom that includes a TV only. The spacious kitchen is a cooks dream with updated appliances, a granite eating and bar area with 8 stools for kitchen seating. The kitchen looks out onto the private screened-in pool, canal and outdoor dining space. The bar area adjacent to the kitchen features additional bar top seating for 4 and a separate space for storing and mixing drinks, it’s the perfect spot for entertaining. There is an attached garage with laundry area and space for one car.
The welcoming living room has comfy sofas, great books and a HD flat screen smart TV for family and relaxation time.
The décor is relaxed, uncluttered and filled with ocean-inspired artworks. Sitting on the dock you’ll enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with the open water less that 1/2 mile by boat. The screened lanai and pool include a glass topped table with 6 comfortable chairs is perfect for outdoor dining by the heated pool along with several lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing and relaxing poolside.
The waterfront has been newly renovated with new decking, a large sitting area with bartop seating for 4 under the festive Tiki Hut. There is plenty of room for multiple boats but does not include access to the boat lift. This waterside dock includes a built-in filet table for the guests who love fishing. And if you love to fish... right off the dock you might catch Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Catfish, Snook, small sharks and even a sawtooth shark. You will want to bring your rod, we have some available but they are often not well maintained.
Access to the two-car garage is included as well as a full sized washer and dryer.
This home is in an excellent location and is convenient to the Fort Myers Airport, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Downtown Fort Myers. We are 2.5 miles from downtown Cape Coral – a charming area with great restaurants, lots of shopping and is just 4 blocks from the Cape Coral Yacht Club which is currently closed for renovations - date of completion has not been published. It’s a pleasant walk or a short bike ride to both downtown or the Yacht Club area. By boat we are just a few minutes to the Caloosahatche River which takes you to Fort Myers, Sanibel & Captiva Islands or the Gulf Of Mexico. Downtown Cape Coral boasts the areas best and largest farm market every Saturday from 8am to 1pm.
