Summary: This is a great villa! We stayed here for two weeks in late February of 2023. The villa is in a complex of similar villas, and is part of a duplex, meaning there is a common wall with another villa. In front of the villa is a parking stall, and it is surrounded by a tall fence and trees for both privacy and shade. The villa is not brand new, but is in good condition, well maintained and clean. Some utensils and kitchen items could be updated, but everything worked well, including AC units in all rooms. Throughout our stay personnel would come to both provide interior cleaning, and exterior & pool. All were friendly, personable, and good at what they do. When we arrived we found the villa to be stocked with some basic food items, water, etc. This was a very welcome gift from the owners, and saved us the hassle of having to immediately search for a grocery store. In-villa WiFi has a pretty decent signal and speed - enough for streaming Netflix or other video. The hosts are very communicative, helpful, and flexible which was definitely appreciated. The location is quite central, which makes it convenient for accessing various beaches, shopping centres, and other tourist attractions. There are a few small, local restaurants and a currency exchange spot just a 5 minute walk away. For access to everything else you do need to have a vehicle. Overall we were very pleased, and would not hesitate to rent this villa again!
