Positive: Very conveniently situated. Excellent lights for reading. Nice shower. Lovely birdsong. Good basic facilities no traffic noise. Fan. Clean and nicely painted.

Negative: Just a bit too small - nowhere to put suitcases or clothes. A kettle would be useful, two mugs, very small olive oil, sugar, chopping board and drying cloth would allow us to cook simple food. A few times people going home at 2 or 3 in the morning woke us up. No A/c would be a problem in hot weather as it is not very well insulated.

Summary: We liked Principe Real especially the park, Honest Greens and the festival on the Mirador.A good place for one or two ni
