Welcome to Villa Blue Coral Oasis! Find your own secluded slice of paradise in this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home. This beautifully maintained tropical-landscaped property is located in the northwestern part of Cape Coral with virtually equal distances to the famous Gulf islands Boca Grande off Port Charlotte and Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach off Cape Coral and Ft. Myers. From here, you have access to all the best beaches SW Florida has to offer with a short connection to many great restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.

Living Room: When entering the house, you will step into the living room with a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV. The open floor plan is ideal for keeping everyone together as it combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one large space. There are also board games for additional entertainment.
Kitchen/Dining Room: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, a Keurig, a latte machine, and an integrated breakfast bar with additional seating. Right next to it is a large dining table with seating for six. Both the kitchen and living room area directly access the lanai via large glass sliding doors.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house, off the kitchen and dining room area. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the other offers two twin-size beds. They share the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.
Pool/Lanai: The fully fenced yard will provide you with plenty of privacy for you to be able to enjoy your private tropical oasis. Enjoy meals outside in The spacious lanai, which features a poolside dining table that seats up to 6 people. In addition, there are two gravity chairs next to the electric heated pool, where you can relax and work on your Florida suntan. You won't miss any of your favorite shows with the outdoor flat-screen TV.
